The apartments are studios, one bedrooms, two bedrooms, and three bedrooms set aside for people in several income brackets. Sixty-six units are designated for one- to two-person households with incomes spanning $20,675-$41,750 and with at least one person aged 62 or older; rents start at $538 for a studio.
The remaining 165 apartments are for individuals with incomes spanning $31,543-$157,300 and with households of one to six individuals; rents start at $865 for a studio.
The building amenities listed include a 24-hour attended lobby, on-site resident manager, resident lounge, and rooftop garden. Laundry, bicycle storage, and a fitness center are available for additional fees.

The building is between College Point Boulevard and Main Street in Flushing, and is smoke free. It’s located in the heart of Flushing’s business district, near services, shops, and restaurants. The Long Island Rail Road Flushing station is across the street. The 7 train at the Main Street station is within two blocks.
