Looking for an elevated, full-service living experience in one of Jersey City’s most convenient and desirable neighborhoods?  That’s just the beginning of what you’ll find at 485 Marin, the new luxury building featuring lavish indoor and outdoor spaces, gorgeous interior finishes, and a high-tech home manager to help you seamlessly manage life’s to-dos  — all located just 10 minutes from the West Village and under 40 minutes from Midtown Manhattan and the Financial District.

Designed by Manhattan-based HWKN, interior designer Christopher Stevens, and developer KRE Group — the team behind the recently completed and much lauded Journal Squared – 485 Marin is the trio’s most innovative building yet. Its 397 residences, all located on or above the building’s fifth floor, start at $2,350 for a studio, with one-, two- and three-bedroom units (many with private terraces) also available.

Sophisticated, big-city luxury is just an elevator ride away

485 Marin residents enjoy everything needed to make urban life easy and enjoyable, from an attended lobby, parking, bike room, and state-of-the-art fitness center, to a screening room and private dining room for hosting events.

The apartments feature open floor plans and rustic oak-style wood flooring, with large picture windows offering you the best views on the market. Many units offer terraces with the space above open to the sky.

Kitchens are appointed with white quartz stone countertops, high-gloss gray cabinets, Grohe fixtures, and Houzer sinks, as well as a complete package of stainless steel Whirlpool appliances.

Stone countertops also feature prominently in the bathrooms, along with brushed-nickel Kohler fixtures, beautiful tiled floors, and impeccably-designed “wet” walls instead of hard-to-clean tile.

Two-bedroom homes feature en suite bathrooms, as well as laundry closets, featuring Whirlpool washer/dryer sets.

Consider it handled

To help you make the most of your time and manage essential daily or weekly tasks, 485 Marin offers Hello Alfred Home Managers to all residents, and is the first and only building in the neighborhood to do so.

Hello Alfred’s “managers” assist with errands, grocery shopping, pet care, housekeeping, sending and receiving packages, and more! Hello Alfred also makes moving day as effortless as possible with digital move-in coordination that offers on-demand assistance.

Exceptional  outdoor spaces in your building – and beyond

485 Marin’s expansive fifth-floor amenity deck is the ultimate urban outdoor oasis.  Open to all residents, this elevated landscaped retreat offers a swimming pool, grilling stations, numerous seating and sunbathing areas, and even outdoor showers.

For green space, a privately-developed public park sits directly beside the building, and the neighborhood's namesake - Hamilton Park - is just a few blocks away. Additionally, Liberty State Park is a quick bike ride to the south, Lincoln Park a short drive to the west, and the Hudson River an easy stroll, where you can enjoy stunning views of the New York City skyline—minus the crowds.

A lively and historic neighborhood like the Village — but less crowded, more affordable, and just as convenient

With its brownstone row-houses, Victorian homes, and pedestrian-friendly streets, this corner of historic Jersey City is quaint and walkable, and offers both locally owned shops as well as a large mall across the street for ultimate convenience. For eating and for entertainment, cafes, trendy restaurants, and nightlife options abound in the area surrounding Hamilton Park.

The commute to Manhattan is a breeze – and in fact quicker than the commute into the city for many Brooklynites. The PATH or ferry can get you to the Wall Street area in about 30 minutes; the commute to Midtown is just under 40 minutes.  Prefer to travel by car? The Financial District is a 13-minute drive and Midtown is just half an hour!

What are you waiting for... Make Your Move!

Enjoy an instant classic in a historic neighborhood at 485 Marin. 485 Marin rental leasing is coming soon to Hamilton Park. For more information call 201.509.4079 or visit 485marin.com.
