Brooklyn Point, the tallest residential building currently under construction in Brooklyn, just listed the highest apartment ever built in the borough, at 640 feet above ground (press release, StreetEasy)

This may strike a nerve: "Luxury bodegas" stocked with vegan food and fresh juice are supposedly the next big retail disrupter (The Real Deal)
