If you like a modern vibe, this ground-floor Williamsburg studio has polished concrete floors.

With a private terrace, tons of amenities (including a gym and a concierge), and low monthlies (under $500 a month), this ground-floor Williamsburg studio, 214 North 11th St., #1W, is definitely worth a look.

But it won’t come cheap. The unit is listed for $635,000—which is significantly higher than the $525,000 median for a Brooklyn studio, according to StreetEasy.

The living/sleeping area isn’t huge, but it has high ceilings and bright white walls that make the space feel larger, as well as a wall of windows that bring in tons of natural light. There’s room for a couch and a coffee table, but not much else, which is why it’s great that there’s a built-in Murphy bed in here. When it’s closed, you’ll actually be able to move about the room. The floors, which are made of polished concrete, definitely stand out.

Just outside the living room is the terrace, a good-sized space that fits a pair of lounge chairs, as well as a small patio table with chairs.

The kitchen is bigger than you’d expect for a unit of this size, and has full-sized stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher), lots of counter space (meaning that you can comfortably prepare a meal in here), and tons of two-toned cabinets—wood on the lower level and glossy white on top.

The bathroom is small, and has a wood vanity for storage.

The studio is located in Warehouse Eleven, a white-glove condo building with a 24-hour concierge, a fitness center, a common lounge with wifi, a shared roof deck, and a courtyard.  Common charges are $430 a month. Taxes are $25 a month. Deeded parking is available separately for $65,000.

The building is near McCarren Park, and is a five-minute walk to the L train at Bedford Ave., and a 15-minute walk from the North Williamsburg Pier, where you can catch the East River Ferry.
