Open house roundup: Spend your weekend touring New York City's newest buildings

111 Murray Street, Apartment 58East. This three-bedroom. three-and-a-half-bath Tribeca apartment is accessible by a private elevator that opens into a formal foyer. In honor of New Development Week here on Brick Underground, for this weekend's round of open houses, we're exploring—you guessed it—options for sale in brand new developments.

For buyers at the highest end of the market (and, yes, maybe for a few of us window shoppers as well), these are the open houses to hit this weekend:

5 Beekman Street, Apartment 44B. A two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condo in new Financial District building The Beekman, featuring floor-to-ceiing windows, oak floors, and triple exposure views, as well as building-wide perks including personal training, and in-residence dining options from the Tom Colicchio restaurant. Asking price: $3.7 million. Open house: Sunday, April 3rd, 12 noon to 1:30 pm.

150 Charles Street, Apartment 2CS. This two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath new construction condo in the West Village is located in a building that includes a 24-hour doorman and concierge; fitness perks such as a pool, yoga room, and Pilates room; a massage room, steam room, and sauna; and an on-site Zen garden. Asking price: $5.9 million.
