Of course, New York City has always been a real estate developer’s playground, but it seems we’re truly in a building boom now, with hundreds of new apartments entering the market this year alone. Downtown 

• 21W20 Flatiron

A boutique residential development in the Flatiron District with nine two-bedroom, two-bath residences and four penthouses.
