Talk about a tony address. This two-bedroom, two-bath condo at the Essex House (aka 160 Central Park South), is located in one of the city's classic, high-end hotels.

It's a high-floor, corner unit with 1,100 square feet inside, and a whopping 1,300 square feet of outdoor space, with full views of Central Park. That wraparound terrace comes with bragging rights: It's the biggest in the building.

The living room faces toward the park and has floor-to-ceiling windows and doors which access the terrace .There's also access through the master bedroom.

The second bedroom has a California closet and full-size washer and dryer.

Common charges ($5,249/month) include all utilities and Wi-Fi. And  being that it's a hotel-condo hybrid, owners will have access to white-glove services from the hotel, including 24-hour in-room dining, maid service, and valet parking.

There's some income potential here as well: Subletting and pied-à-terre are allowed, as are short-term and long-term rentals.

Asking price: $6.688 million.
