Dear Ms. Demeanor,

My roommate has a dog who sheds A LOT. We all love him, and share feeding/cuddling duties, but isn't it her job to deal with all the fur that's everywhere?

Best,
Dog Lover-Not-Cleaner

Dear Dog Lover-Not-Cleaner,

For every pet who lives with more than one human, there is a human who thinks the other human should be doing more to take care of that pet.  You all live there, you all agreed (I assume) to live with the pet, so all have tacitly assumed caregiving if not vet-bill-paying responsibilities.

If you don't like the fur, clean it up.  If you don't think your roommates (all of them) pitch in enough as with any other chore, alert them to the problem and pass around the Dustbuster.

Don't let the fur fly over fur,
Ms. Demeanor
