In real estate, one size doesn’t fit all. As shown by this week’s roundup of StreetEasy’s Most Wanted -- the 10 sales listings StreetEasy users saved more often than any others this week -- apartment-hunters are searching for apartments of all sizes.

For the single guy or gal (or childless couple), there’s a $349k junior one-bedroom, one-bath co-op in Murray Hill on a tree-lined block across from St. Vartan’s Park on East 35th Street between First and Second Avenues. It's situated in a non-smoking building and features a windowed kitchen with a dishwasher and a high tax deductibility of 62 percent. Pied-a-terres are allowed, as are unlimited sublets after two years of occupancy. There's a part-time doorman (supplemented by a video intercom system), and the neighborhood can get busy since it’s near Grand Central, the UN and NYU Medical Center. Plus,  Fido won't be joining you, though cats are welcome.

If you’re not flying solo, you’ll find more space in a $1.1m two-bedroom, two-bathroom co-op on the Upper West Side. Located on West 72nd and Columbus Avenue, this renovated prewar unit features a windowed kitchen with a breakfast bar, top-notch appliances and open views. The bathrooms have been restored with pedestal sinks and new floor and subway tiles. Three exposures provide a peek of Central Park, which is half a block away. The building has a discounted bulk electric rate and a part-time doorman. (Though we’re not sure why there aren’t any pictures posted).

There’s room to grow in a three-bedroom, two-bathroom UWS co-op on the market for $1.695m. The move-in ready space on West 82nd and Broadway features custom millwork built-ins in every room, built-in speakers and in-wall audio controls and a front-loading full-size washer/vented dryer. The building itself offers a furnished roof deck and children’s playroom. To top it all off, there’s no Board approval required.
