It's no surprise that New Yorkers are thinking about the great outdoors during these final (beautiful) days of summer. Several apartments have the outdoors on their minds in this week's Hot Dozen list--the 12 rental apartments Streeteasy.com visitors clicked on most often over the past seven days -- in the form of communal outdoor space.

Let's start with this 22nd floor no-fee three-bedroom, 1 1/2 bath apartment at 200 Water Street and John Street available at $3,450/month. The apartment is located in a luxury building with amenities including an elevator, doorman, concierge, lounge, and fitness center, not to mention a roofdeck with views of the river and Brooklyn Bridge.

Further north in Central Harlem, a no-fee two-bedroom apartment at 444 Manhattan Avenue and 119th Street was listed at $692/month until it was (unsurprisingly) snatched off the market. In addition to a roof terrace, the building has a 24-hour doorman and a common backyard.

A three-bedroom apartment a 250 Third Avenue and 20th Street is listed at $4,500/month. The apartment, in a 3-story postwar building, has two full bathrooms and the building has a live-in super. And if the common roof deck isn't enough outdoor space for you, Union Square is only a few blocks away.
