This high-end apartment is new and modern, with top-of-the line finishes.

Pros: The apartment is spacious, with a living room and separate dining alcove area. The appliances are brand new. But the biggest draw might be the building's amenities, which includes a concierge, gym and spa, playroom by Kidville, indoor basketball court, lap pool and jacuzzi, rock climbing wall, bowling lanes and golf-simulator.

Cons: Aside from the high price tag, the building-- located on 63rd Street between West End and Riverside--is a bit of a walk from the nearest subway, on 66th and Broadway (a local stop).
