Not that we're counting, but since BrickUnderground launched in 2009, we've published nearly 2,000 posts, including hundreds of tips and insights on buying, selling, and renting a NYC apartment.  It has been an incremental voyage of discovery toward creating NYC's richest repository of practical real estate advice and firsthand experience.

It's also a lot to sort through when you're looking for a need-to-know cribsheet on buying, selling or renting in New York City. So today, coinciding with the relaunch of our Agent Referral Service, we've published three online guides culled from our ever-expanding archives:

The guides contain the need-to-know as well as links to a bunch more info it may behoove you to know.

Check them out if you're in the market, forward them to your friends who are, and let us know what else you'd like to know  so we can make the guides--and BrickUnderground--as useful as possible.
