Carnegie Park, this week's pick for no-fee building of the week, is certainly not the crown jewel in the building collection owned and managed by The Related Companies. It does, however, offer units at a lower price than found among its brethren, and those who call it home live in a luxury high-rise building with top-notch amenities, management and service.   According to no-fee apartment search engine UrbanEdgeNY, there are currently nine apartments for rent in this building located at 200 East 94 (Third Ave.): A studio for $2,425, three one-bedrooms ranging from $2,925 to $4,295, and four two-bedrooms for $4,625-6,295. Three of the two-bedroom units are asking around the median price for the area ($4,725). While the other apartments are higher than the medians for the neighborhood ($1,650 for studios and $2,100 for one-bedrooms), the smaller unit market overall tends to have much greater variability in terms of quality.

Each apartment comes with a modern kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances, most have abundant windows. Like other Related properties, apartments here have customized closets. There's a concierge, personal assistant, valet and doormen, a health and fitness center, a swimming pool, and a rooftop sun terrace.  While this is not a cheap option, it isn't expensive for the genre.
