Besides making sure the view is entertaining enough for your cat and the elevator gets cell reception, you may want to ascertain whether the broker has had the horrendously loud rooftop cooling system turned off during the open house, a la the CurbedNY report today about alleged sales operandi at a Tribeca condo. Next ask yourself whether you will be happy living amongst the landlord or developer’s target demographic. Is it a club kid demo?
