So you think you know what a bed bug looks like

By Teri Karush Rogers | October 19, 2010 - 11:47AM

Thanks to Bedbugger.com for pointing us to this new short video starring Dr. Louis Sorkin (renowned bed bug expert at the American Museum of Natural History) along with dozens of New York City's most infamous citizens.   The object of the video is to familiarize people with what bed bugs actually look like--most notably, the fact that in their toddler phase, bed bugs appear nothing like these big brown cruisers. Instead, junior bloodsuckers are harmless looking ghosts less than 1 millimeter long. Oh, and bed bugs move a lot faster than you think. (Bedbugger.com, YouTube)
