For the first time since we started this column, we're focusing our attention on the Bronx -- the semi-suburban feeling Riverdale to be exact.

We're well aware that $6,300 is pretty steep for a two-bedroom apartment, but remember that this place -- located at 55 West 26th Street -- is in one of the city's hottest neighborhoods, steps from Madison Square Park and Eataly. If you've got the money, it might be worth it to be in the center of it all.
