Attention Upper West Siders: Jon Hamm is on his way

WHO: Jon Hamm, who plays the brilliant, adulterous adman Don Draper on "Mad Men," which returned for its seventh and final season on Sunday, has confessed that he had to audition seven times for the part, because executives weren’t sure he was sexy enough. We assume they were wearing a blindfold the first six auditions and took it off for the seventh, correct?

WHERE: Hamm and girlfriend, actress and director Jennifer Westfeldt, are renovating and soon to move into their $2.45 million two-bedroom penthouse on the Upper West Side, where the median sales price is $1.25 million and the median rental price is $3,250.
