Got two kids (or a yen to sprawl)? Then grab a pen, because this week’s edition of StreetEasy’s Most Wanted -- the 10 sales listings StreetEasy users saved more often than any others this week -- features three apartments that either have or can have three bedrooms.

The living and dining space can be split and used a third bedroom or home office. The kitchen includes a pantry and a washer-dryer is allowed with board approval. The building has a 24-hour doorman, a live-in super and a kid’s playroom, as well as a landscaped roof deck. Plus, it’s near the 1, 2, and 3 subway and Riverside Park.
