There's a fitness center, roof deck and laundry in the building. Also, the apartment has a seperate kitchen (and not a kitchen wall).

This $3,800 three-bedroom apartment is located in prime Park Slope (139 Fifth Avenue) on a pretty tree-lined street. The entire space was recently gut renovated.
