This one-bedroom condo, 308 West 30th St., #8A, on the upper edge of Chelsea, is offered at $849,000, which is below the current median sales price of $1,050,000 for similar sized units in the neighborhood. At 571 square feet, the unit isn't exactly spacious but it does have plenty to recommend it, including some additional space off the living room which could work as a dining area, home office or possibly a second bedroom.
