WHO:  Jessica Chastain is moving into the apartment once occupied by composer Leonard Bernstein, who reportedly wrote the music  for West Side Story there. We hope this means when she opens the front door rival theater gangs appear, who sing and dance until lights out or the neighbors applaud, whichever comes first.

WHERE: The Oscar nominated actress just paid $5.1 million for a four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath co-op at The Osborne on "Billionaire's Row," otherwise known as West 57th St in Midtown, where the median rental price is $4,972 and the median sales price is $2.75 million.

WHAT'S AVAILABLE IN THE BUILDING: The only listing available right now is a $1.5 million two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath listed with Sotheby's International Realty that once housed writers Hortense Calisher (The Bobby Soxer) and Curtis Harnack (The Work of an Ancient Hand) and boasts period details like Parquet de Versailles floors and a woodburning fireplace.
