Three Soho apartments made the top of this week's Hot Dozen--the 12 rental apartments Streeteasy.com visitors clicked on most often over the past seven days.

A no-fee studio apartment at 111 Sullivan Street and Prince Street is listed at $1,895/month. The apartment is recently renovated and a shared roofdeck also allows you to fully soak in your surroundings with gorgeous views of lower Manhattan.

Just one block down is a sunny one-bedroom apartment at 67 Sullivan Street and Broome Street listed for $2,595/month. The recently renovated apartment boasts a marble bathroom and is fully-loaded with a washer-dryer unit. There's also a nicely renovated bathroom and a kitchen with granite countertops; the building's a six-floor walk-up though and the listing doesn't say which floor.

Nearby, a no-fee three-bedroom apartment at 25 Thompson Street and Grand Street is listed at $2,989/month. The listing description sounds nice but since there are no photos, it's hard to gauge.

If the apartment you like requires a guarantor that you don't have, see if the landlord accepts Insurent, a great solution from one of BrickUnderground's sponsors.
