The apartment has a sleep loft, increasing the (running around) space of the home, and is only a few blocks from Central Park, making those dog walks a little more scenic.
A two-bedroom apartment at 453 West 36th Street and 10th Avenue is listed at $2,000/month, giving you good size with a relatively good price. The downside is that you're on the far extremity of Midtown West, a stone's throw from the hectic Lincoln Tunnel...and it's just been rented.
