This $3,750 three-bedroom apartment is located at Stonehenge on Fifth, at 1274 Fifth Avenue between 108th and 109th streets.

The building, constructed in 1935, has a doorman, elevator, laundry on the premises and a live-in super.

The leasing agent would prefer a 24-month lease, but will allow renters to sign a 12-month lease as well.

Pros: There are three big, equally sized bedrooms, there's great light in every room and the building is across the street from Central Park.
