Yes, just three days left till the end of the month, but there's always October 15. And many of this week's Hot Dozen rentals (the most-viewed listings on real estate site Streeteasy.com) don't mention a move-in date, meaning, it's likely up for negotiation.

A noteworthy listing is this $5,400/month 2-bedroom Tribeca loft (which does say it's available for Oct. 1). Though it's idled on the market for over 100 days, the pictures show a stunningly bright and spacious apartment that warrants further investigation. For those so enticed, there are two open houses approaching—one tomorrow, the other October 2.
