The 1,900 square-foot house is on a tree-lined street, not far from the D train.

This single-family three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath house on a tree-lined street in Bensonhurst is on a large lot that measures 32 feet by 101 feet. Listed at $1,320,000, 2122 80th St. features hardwood floors, large rooms throughout, and lots of big windows.

The house was built in 1920, but has definitely been redone elaborately since. Still, the eat-in kitchen could use an update, a big dining room, and an open living room. A half-bath is located on the first floor as well.

The master bedroom can accommodate a king-size bed and has a full bath with standing shower. Two additional bedrooms are on the second floor, as are closets and storage space.

The master bath has a curvy, Jetsons-esque motif that might not be to everyone's taste, but it's at least interesting to encounter for the first time.

The house also features a large, fully finished basement (with kitchen!), a large, private backyard, a landscaped front yard, and a garage.

The house is seven blocks from the D train at Bay Parkway, which is at 86th Street, a bustling commercial strip, and 10 blocks from the N train at Kings Highway. Seth Low Playground is also a short walk away, and there's big box store shopping at Ceasar's Bay Shopping Center, a mile away on Gravesend Bay.
