The asking rent on this three bedroom in Washington Heights, 15934 Riverside Dr., #4A90, is $4,500, nearly double the median rent for a three bedroom in the neighborhood, but for that extra amount you can avail yourself of the amenities of a high-end co-op and commune with the Hudson River via up close and personal views.

The apartment is in The River Arts, a prewar doorman co-op complex on Riverside Drive West with a garage, a gym, bike storage, basement storage, and a package room. It has two bathrooms, and according to the listing, river views from every room.

The hall is wide, and an arched entryway leads to the living room. The hardwood floors have recently been refinished.

Two of the three bedrooms are on corners, with double exposures.

There's a washer and dryer in the apartment, and six closets altogether, according to the listing.

The kitchen is somewhat narrow, but has a fair amount of cabinets and counterspace and a dishwasher.

There are no photos of the bathrooms, so it's possible that they're in rough shape.

The building is three blocks from the 157th Street 1 station and a short walk from the Hudson River Greenway. Cats are allowed, but not dogs.
