This week readers visited Brick Underground to check out a tale of two New Yorkers who went from being owners to renters for the second time—and why they vow to never buy in New York City again. They listed their one bedroom because of an ongoing construction project and not-so-friendly neighbors. After selling, they landed a bigger apartment with a terrace in an amenity-laden rental building.
