This one-bedroom, one-bath co-op in Midwood is a far cry from cookie cutter. Listed for $325,000, 1680 Ocean Ave. #3F is prewar, measures 1,000 square feet, and offers lots of features that make it stand out. 

The kitchen and bathroom have been updated and the kitchen has custom cabinetry with full-height storage closets, stainless-steel appliances, and a built-in microwave.
