Co-op pick of the week

If you like things big—big TVs, big beds, big dinner parties—this two-bedroom, two-bath co-op in Kensington might be for you. Offered at $695,000 with $985 a month maintenance, 599 E. 7th St. #1R provides plenty of room to spread out (1,300 square feet, to be exact).

We're guessing the bathrooms could be more appealing, as the listing doesn't show either one, but the high ceilings and wood floors are on full view, and look quite nice.

A large living room measuring 33 feet long flows into a space suitable for a formal dining room or work/play area.

The renovated kitchen is narrow but features maple cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.

The master bedroom can accommodate a king-size bed. The second bedroom is full size.

We count an impressive seven closets. If you can't fit all your stuff in those, the building offers additional storage for bikes and more.

This is an elevator building, which is less crucial when it comes to this unit, as it seems to be located on the first floor. It's also next to a school, which could make things a little loud during the week.

Perks include a laundry room, parking, and a communal outdoor area. No pets are allowed.

The closest subway stop is the F at Ditmas Avenue, and the B and Q lines are about a half a mile away at Cortelyou Road., where you'll also find lots of cute spots for eating and drinking.
