New Jersey darling Jon Bon Jovi snaps up a new West Village condo

WHO: Singer Jon Bon Jovi gave New Jersey Governor Chris Christie permission to use his songs while campaigning for the Presidential nomination. We’re hoping Bon Jovi will also give us permission to play his songs to raise funds at our upcoming rent party. On our $3,500 rent, we’re short $3,499, so he could be our lifeline. Either that or we ask Chris Christie to cover us. Decide between yourselves, boys.

WHERE: The rocker just paid $12.88 million for a four-bedroom condo in the West Village, where the median rental price is $4,200 and the median sales price is $2.795 million.

WHAT'S AVAILABLE:  Just down the block from JBJ, you'll find another four-bedroom penthouse condo, with an asking price of $9.95 million. There are also two four-bedroom apartments available in his apartment: One for $15.5 million and another for $16.95 million in case you've got a budget bigger than a rockstar.
