WHO:  Actress Christina Ricci , who played Lizzie Borden in the just-wrapped Lifetime series about the murderous woman, also played Wednesday Addams in “The Addams Family” movies as a child. And now that she’s about to move, it would be great if she could hire Lurch as her butler for old times sake. We hear he’s so over working at Gracie Mansion, where the Mayor likes to dust and change the light bulbs himself, and there’s nothing for Lurch to do.

WHERE:  Ricci,  her husband and baby son are moving into a $1.99  million 1901, four-bedroom, three- bathroom townhouse in Fort Greene, where the median sales price $1.325 million and the median rental price is $3,100.

WHAT'S AVAILABLE: There are two similarly sized houses on the market in Fort Greene at the moment — one for $1.795 million and another for $2.57  million.
