WHO: Actor Zachary Quinto is moving to New York, but not to Greenpoint, where his magnificently douchey Ace (Mimi-Rose's ex on HBO's Girls) unleashed his toothbrush-toting self.

WHERE: Quinto, who played Spock in the Star Trek movie reboot (and was in two seasons of FX spookfest American Horror Story)  paid $3.2 million for a two-bedroom full-floor loft  in NoHo, per Curbed, where the median sales prices is $6.175 million and the median rental price is $5,000.

WHAT'S AVAILABLE: Looking for a two-bedroom in the neighborhood too? There are  13 on the market (10 condos; 3 co-ops). This one's another floor-through loft — for just about $2 million more than Quinto paid for his.
