Fannie Mae foresees a mild recession, staging mistakes to avoid, & more

This week, readers checked out a forecast from Fannie Mae, which says a mild recession that economists have been predicting for a couple of years is still going to swipe the U.S. According to a statement from Doug Duncan, senior vice president and chief economist, “Recession-level home sales volumes,” indicate a “mild downturn in the first half of 2024.”
