If you’re looking to buy an apartment in New York City now, you’re probably looking for a deal or an amenity that in any other market would be out of reach. Take living near Central Park, for example.

Apartments near Central Park are notoriously pricey, however, expensive neighborhoods like the Upper East Side-Carnegie Hill and Upper West Side have seen some of the biggest price cuts in recent months—and while many of these listings are multi-million dollar properties—some are decidedly less. And, if you head uptown to Harlem, where the median sales price for a one bedroom is $650,000, according to RealtyHop, you may find a bigger deal and still be within walking distance of the park.

Brick Underground has done the work for you and found a mix of one bedrooms priced at $850,000 or less that are within a five-minute walk to Central Park. Check out the listings below.
