Keep it as one large apartment or convert it back to its original layout of two.

If you're looking for a place to spread out in Bay Ridge, this four-bedroom, two-bath co-op on Shore Road might do the trick. Listed for $925,000, the co-op recently took at price cut, and the "very motivated seller" is offering to pay a full year of maintenance with a full asking price offer. (How much that maintenance is, is not stated.)

The apartment has 1,800 square feet of floor area, and comes with the option to convert it back to its original incarnation as two two-bedrooms, making it an investment opportunity, or an in-laws option.

The apartment gets lots of light (check out those plants) and offers impressive views, an eat-in kitchen with Bosch appliances and a walk-in pantry, and custom closets throughout.

Both bathrooms are renovated, and the master bedroom includes a bathroom with waterfall shower, accessed via a custom walk-through closet.

The elevator building has three full-time staff members (the super is one block away), new laundry facilities, a playroom, storage and bike room, a shared garden, and a new roof deck. Heat, hot water, gar and electric are included in the unspecified maintenance, and the co-op is pet-friendly.

Transit options include the express bus on the corner, the ferry to Wall Street, and the R at Bay Ridge Avenue, about a 10-minute walk away. The building is near the lively Owls Head Park. On the down side, it's also close to the Owl's Head Wastewater Treatment Plant.
