New Construction + Condos

Co-op/condo owner's rights forum tomorrow night on UWS

An ice storm forced the last-minute cancellation of a Manhattan co-op/condo owners' rights forum earlier this month, but it's back on for tomorrow night (2/23).  Hosted by New York State Assemblymember Linda B. Rosenthal and organized by the Alliance of Co-op and Condo Owners (ACCO), the forum will begin with a panel discussion among two co-op and condo lawyers, a representative from the New York State Attorney General's office, and ACCO president Larry Simms.   During the second half of the forum, the panel will answer questions submitted anonymously by audience members.   See you there! Co-op and Condo Owners Rights Forum, 6:30-8:30 pm, Congregation B'nai Jeshurun, 257 West 88th Street.  For more info, click here.
