This three-bedroom has luxe cred: It's in one of the high-end new developments on the Williamsburg waterfront in a building named the Oosten, the brainchild of a Chinese developer, a Dutch designer, and Brooklyn architecture firm, reports New York YIMBY. The 216-unit complex occupies an entire city block and is centered on a private interior courtyard, and comes with a host of other fancy perks. Marketed by Brick & Mortar, the space is huge and sun-drenched, and is furnished by another top designer, a bonafide reflected in the $15,000 monthly price tag.

The apartment's incredible width—56 feet—makes for a cavernous living area, complete with floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the courtyard, and abstract sculpture to serve as a conversation piece for guests at the massive parties you could throw in here. And if it gets too bright, there are automated blackout blinds to create a sense of peace and privacy.

At the other end of the unit, you'll find the dining room and kitchen, which also feature oversized windows and stylish light fixtures. The kitchen comes with stone countertops and top of the line stainless-steel appliances, as well as what looks like a large, walk-in pantry.

Though the three bedrooms aren't pictured, the listing indicates that each has its own bathroom and ample closet space. The master also boasts two separate closets, and its en-suite bath looks sumptuous, with double sinks, marble floors, and a separate shower and tub.

As you'd expect for an apartment at this price point, the amenities are stellar, including a very inviting-looking indoor lap pool, rooftop with reflecting pool and grills, spa, gym, and children's playroom, as well as 24-hour concierge service. For an additional fee, you get a private parking spot and additional storage space.
