A $4,000-a-month budget won’t be enough to snag you a pristine two bedroom in a prime area in Manhattan, but thanks to a recent spate of luxury development in Downtown Brooklyn, it will be more than enough to fetch you a top-of-the-line two bedroom in an amenity-laden building there.

Here are five Downtown Brooklyn two bedrooms in brand, spanking new buildings—all built in 2016 or later, that is—with monthly rents of around $4,000. None have broker’s fees, and each of the buildings is equipped with so many amenities that you may never have to leave Brooklyn—or your apartment building—ever again. Except to go to work, of course, to pay the rent.
