The apartments are all one bedrooms, renting for $1,080 and $1,150 in two separate lotteries, for buildings at 251 Devoe St. and 89 Bartlett St. The units are set aside for one- and two-person households making $37,029-$50,100 a year.

The Devoe Street building also fronts Metropolitan Avenue, between Olive Street and Bushwick Avenue, three blocks from the Grand Avenue L station. The Bartlett Street building is in the Broadway Triangle, at the junction of Williamsburg, Bushwick, and Bedford-Stuyvesant, and is three blocks from the Flushing Avenue J/M/Z and G stations. Neither building is billed as having significant amenities. Both buildings also have market-rate apartments in them.
