The apartments are one and two bedrooms at 564 St. Johns Pl., a building constructed by Heritage Equity Partners, dubbed one of Brick Underground's 14 best Brooklyn landlords for its buildings' maintenance records. The building is otherwise fancy for the area, with a staffed lobby, a roof terrace, a playroom, a pet room, and for additional fees, parking, storage, bike storage, a business room, a library, a party room, a garden, a gym, and a yoga room.

The housing lottery apartments are reserved for households making $37,029-$62,580 a year, and rents start at $1,080 a month, for a one bedroom. The remainder of the apartments are renting for much more.
