The building has a lounge, a resident-accessible rooftop, laundry, and a yard, and for additional fees, a gym and parking spaces. It's just off a bustling stretch of Myrtle Avenue, four blocks from the Myrtle-Broadway J, M, and Z stop, and around the corner from the cafe Little Skips and the bar Happyfun Hideaway.
