For renters within a certain income bracket, now's the time to jump on some brand-new affordable housing options that just opened up in Soho. According to a listing that went up late last week on NYC Housing Connect, 41 new rentals are taking applications at 261 Hudson Street, a mix of studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms ranging from $788/month to $1,025/month, depending on apartment and family size.

See below for the full list of availabilities, prices, and income and household size requirements:

The apartments are part of a larger 80/20 building in Hudson Square, according to YIMBY, with two retail spaces and community space on the ground floor. Amenities include a 24-hour attended lobby and a rooftop terrace, and for extra fees, a library, gym, "party room," Internet lounge, and courtyard.

If you're interested and think you qualify, you can make a profile and apply online via NYC Housing Connect, or request a paper application by mailing a self-addressed envelope to Bridge Land Hudson LLC, 1357 Broadway, Box 438, New York, NY 10018. (Be sure not to apply more than once, though, as this could get you disqualified altogether.) Applications are due August 31st.
