Applications have opened up for a huge, eco-friendly new development in the Bronx's Bathgate neighborhood, with a total of 227 affordable apartments available via lottery, per a new listing posted on NYC Housing Connect.

The development, Park House (located at 4275 Park Avenue), is part of a multi-building affordable and supportive housing complex from Breaking Ground, and includes a mix of studios, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms, and three-bedrooms for renters who make either 40 percent or 60 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI).

Prices range from $494 to $1,181/month for renters with annual household incomes from $18,823 to $63,060, depending on apartment and family size. You can see the full list of apartment options and income requirements below:

Breaking Ground's website notes that the building includes "green roof areas with drought resistant plantings," along with other energy-efficient touches. The ground level will feature a community room as well as laundry facilities, outdoors, there's a courtyard and patio. Other amenities include bike storage, as well as 24-hour security and an attended lobby.
