More than 100 affordable apartments are now accepting applications at La Casa Del Mundo, a new Bronx development at 3475 Third Avenue in Morrisania, per a new listing posted on NYC Housing Connect.

The apartments are a mix of studios, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms, and three-bedrooms, geared towards a wider-than-usual range of income levels, including options for people making as little as $14,503 per year. See below for the full list of apartment sizes, prices, and income requirements (click to enlarge):

The building appears to be managed by Pillar Property Management, and the listing notes that the building features a community room, a laundry room, and parking (though that's subject to availability and extra fees).

As usual with this type of development, preference for half of the apartments will be given to current neighborhood residents, which in this case means residents of Bronx's Community Board 3. If you're interested and think you qualify, you can create a profile and apply online via NYC Housing Connect, or request a paper application by mailing a self-addressed envelope to LA CASA DEL MUNDO C/O CMP CONSULTANTS, PO BOX 127, VALLEY STREAM, NY 11582. (Don't apply more than once, or you could be disqualified.) Applications are due by August 2nd.
