Hunting for a deal? Now's a good time to pick up these just-reduced apartments

Buying an apartment in New York City can be a monumentally expensive endeavor, so it may (literally) pay to closely watch listings for declining prices. Here are 10 units you can purchase across all five boroughs that have recently decreased in price, including a Clinton Hill loft in a former Ping Pong table factory (down $40,000), a Long Island City two-bedroom with a balcony (down $100,000), and a Fort Greene duplex with a parking spot and a private roof deck (down $124,000).
