Tenants sue Kushner Companies, UWS hotels for homeless to stay open, & more

Tenants of four buildings have filed a class-action lawsuit against Kushner Companies for filing false documents with the city, endangering their lives through illegal construction, and illegally collecting rent (press release) 

Mayor Bill de Blasio is urging workers to return to their offices and launched a cleanliness initiative after pressure from business leaders to improve the city's quality of life (The Real Deal)
