It seems unlikely that a Williamsburg condo would be able to offer much in the way of seclusion, but this two-bedroom, located not far from the Graham Avenue L, has a private townhouse feel. Not only does the duplex come with a respectable backyard, it also boasts a dedicated parking space, private entrance, and noise-canceling windows, making it even more of a sanctuary within an otherwise bustling neighborhood. Listed by Citi Habitats for $1.59 million, its price is a touch above the area average, according to a StreetEasy search, which you could be chalked up to those amenities.

You'll enter through a private gate and past the front deck; the main level is on the ground floor, which typically can limit the amount of natural light that gets in, but that issue is mitigated in the open living and dining area by large windows with multiple exposures. The kitchen, too, is well-illuminated, and comes with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a walk-in pantry for storage.

On the main level, you'll find the master bedroom, which comes with a large walk-in closet and en-suite bath, as well as a smaller additional bedroom next door, with access across the hall to its own bath. On the lower level is a third, 12-by-10-foot room that, since it lacks a window, is not technically a bedroom, but is well-equipped to serve as an office, guest room, or nursery. There's a third full bathroom downstairs as well.

You can live out your suburban fantasies in the sizable rec room downstairs, which looks like the perfect spot to entertain a gaggle of kids. Or take parties outside to the backyard.

You'll also have access to the building's roof deck, which is landscaped and includes seating and barbecue grills; in addition to your own parking spot, there's a garage, as well as a common storage area and virtual doorman. In the unit, you'll find a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Plus, the building is tax abated until 2021, meaning you'll enjoy a break in monthly charges.
