If designer digs are your thing, take a look at this duplex apartment in a very Williamsburg condo. The property, named Warehouse 11 in a nod to its industrial-meets-luxe look, is a couple of blocks from the Bedford L, and comes packed with amenities. The two-bedroom—which boasts not one, but two outdoor spaces—is listed at $1.495 million by Compass, a price that's about on target for its location near the neighborhood's most retail- and restaurant-packed area.

The living room, situated on the second floor, is a bit narrow, but it opens onto a large terrace that adds significant square footage, and lets in natural light. The kitchen bolsters the space's modernist look with gleaming countertops, cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. Without a dedicated dining area, you'll be a little squeezed for space to entertain, though given all the area eateries, you may not be cooking very often.

You'll also find a bedroom adjacent to the living room, which includes a wide closet and its own deck access.

On the first floor, you'll find an open sleeping area that has been separated into a master bedroom and an office. You may find you're better served by taking down the divider to create one large bedroom, especially since the office opens onto the apartment's second outdoor area, a large patio—the only source of natural light downstairs.

The apartment's two bathrooms have been recently remodeled with new tile and fixtures; the dark wood cabinetry is an attractive touch. The unit includes a washer and dryer, and in addition to your own deck and terrace, you'll also have access to a shared sun deck. Among the other bountiful perks are a full-time doorman, gym, playroom, lounge, and a private garage, a valuable amenity in an increasingly crowded neighborhood.
