This week, we took a deep dive into what to expect if you're mulling over a move to Westchester County. Houses are moving fast in the suburbs to the north of the city, so you'll need to act quickly and decisively if you're buying up there. Here's a look at options under $1 million that are having open houses this weekend.

230 Armonk Rd., Mount Kisco

This three bedroom, two bath has a spacious dining room, an updated kitchen with plentiful storage and stainless steel appliances, a fireplace in the living room, and a large finished basement. It sits on 1.22 acres of land with an in-ground pool and wraparound deck. The Chappaqua Metro-North station is about a 10-minute drive away.
